What do I send with completed student papers?

Refer to the “What to send” information sheet.



How long does it take for Health Ed Trust to process a set of student papers?

About 2 – 3 weeks. If your paper has not been received back by that date please contact the office. We have never lost a paper



What happens when the student papers are sent to Health Ed Trust?

  • Our Office Manager checks the papers to ensure that all necessary information has been included. A Training Agreement must be held.
  • When 20 sets of papers have accumulated, every paper is sent to a Moderator.
  • The Moderator checks the papers to ensure that the assessment process has been followed and the required standard has been met.
  • The papers are couriered back to Health Ed Trust where the Moderators comments are checked and any omissions are corrected via contact with the On-site Assessor.
  • Once the standard is fully met, student details are added to the database, then the papers are returned to the facility with a badge and certificate.
  • Students names and the credits they have achieved are sent to the Careerforce  for registering on the National Qualifications Framework.
