Refer to the “What to send” information sheet.
About 2 – 3 weeks. If your paper has not been received back by that date please contact the office. We have never lost a paper
- Our Office Manager checks the papers to ensure that all necessary information has been included.
- When 20 sets of papers have accumulated, every paper is sent to a Moderator.
- The Moderator checks the papers to ensure that the assessment process has been followed and the required standard has been met.
- The papers are couriered back to Health Ed Trust where the Moderators comments are checked and any omissions are corrected via contact with the On-site Assessor.
- Once the standard is fully met, student details are added to the database, then the papers are returned to the facility with a badge and certificate.
- Students names and the credits they have achieved are sent to the Careerforce (CSSITO) for registering on the National Qualifications Framework.
