No, once you have a unit standard you do not have to repeat it. In the ACE courses, all the unit standards are easily separated. The student’s record of learning must be included with the completed papers when they are sent into Health Ed Trust, as evidence that they already have the unit standards.
This fee was abolished in January 2009.
The student may have a NZQA “Record of Learning” – the number is on this form or
fax or email to Health Ed Trust the student’s last name, first name and date of birth. A staff member will look up the students NZQA number for you if they have one and fax it back.
This can take up to eight weeks.
A “Record of Learning” is sent yearly to any student who has registered new unit standards during that year. A Record of Learning can be requested from NZQA.
Community Support Services Industry Training Organisation. A government organisation that sets qualifications in the Health industry. They also monitor standards and oversee the distribution of credits and unit standards in the Health field. Health Ed Trust has a contract with Careerforce.
A Training Agreement must be sent to when any student begins any ACE Programme.
