Healthcare Education Organisation
The ACE Programme - Supporting the Older Person is now available.

Health Ed Trust is delighted to offer the updated and revitalised education programme for support workers - The ACE Programme Supporting the Older Person.

For the first time the ACE programme has been written to cater for Home Based and Residential support workers.

One of the major advantages is the considerable cost savings.

Pay for the programme and materials only once and put through as many support workers as you wish. You then pay a processing fee when the support worker has completed the programme- currently this fee is $52.

Realistic and User Friendly
The first of the three programme focuses on knowledge and skills that support workers use on a daily basis and therefore need to learn as soon as possible to work effectively in their role. Health Ed Trust programmes are ideal for anyone who has not previously completed a study programme.

The second and third programmes, ACE Advanced and ACE Dementia, will follow on with more advanced topics.

All will have comprehensive easy to understand manuals, DVD’s and assessments.

The two new level 3 National qualifications are both included in the three new ACE programmes:  view the diagram to see how they fit in with the ACE programmes

·      National Certificate In Community Support (Residential);

·      National Certificate In Community Support (Core Competencies).

Our aim is to make education in your workplace easy and effective for you.

" Every person who comes into residential care or who is caring for the elderly should see this DVD before they start work, it is an excellent introduction."
