ACE Core Programme Stage 2
These three programmes have been superseded. Please refer to 'ACE Courses' that are replacing the old qualifications, if you are interested in training support staff.
All staff working on these old qualifications must send all papers into Health Ed Trust by by 15th October 2010 to receive recognition for them. The National Certificate in Support of the Older Person will not be available after this date.
New trainees are now no longer being accepted into the "old" National Certificate In Support of the Older Person or the three "old" ACE programmes. However if a student has a current training agreement for this programme they have until 15th October 2010 to complete and send into Health Ed Trust
Partial cross crediting from the "old" programmes is available. Please print this form to see which cross crediting is available for the courses you have completed. Please contact the Health Ed Trust office if you wish to swap to the new qualification.

Students gain a badge & certificate for each programme.
- The National Certificate In Support of the Older Person
Students gain this National Qualification when all three ACE programmes are complete.
Cross Credit these unit standards to the four new Dementia unit standards
If you have staff who have completed the ACE Dementia Series and wish to receive the four new Dementia unit standard please download this form and send it into Health Ed Trust. There is no cost involved. Dementia Cross Credit. A new training agreement will also be required.
The third and final in this series, this programme completes the National Certificate In Support of the Older Person. This programme has been replaced by The ACE Advanced Programme. -
Under the new qualifications this programme is no longer required. These programmes are no longer able to be purchased.
